Since leaving the Royal College of Art in 2005, where she completed an MA in Menswear, Carolyn Massey has gone on to set up her internationally stocked label, and has been approached by Topman to create a seasonal diffusion line.

Currently in her 7^th season, the Carolyn Massey mainline label exhibits seasonally in Paris during Mens' Fashion Week. Carolyn has also just been awarded NEWGENMEN award for the second time, and with this support, will show on schedule for the 3rd time over London Fashion Week for AW10. 

Designer Background

Carolyn Massey is a 28-year-old London based British menswear designer who completed the Menswear MA at the Royal College of Art in 2005. After 'frustration boredom and demand', her label was started in June 2006. A detail obsessive, who can't abide man made fibres, her work focuses upon the sartorial code of 'what it is to be a gentleman' and how this has been appropriated during times of social or civil unrest.
